Configure polling interval time for PhysicalFileProvider.UsePollingFileWatcher instead of default value 4 sec ?

I am using PhysicalFileProvider in my application to watch following changes.

1. Local system file
2. Network mounted file (UsePollingFileWatcher & UseActivePolling set)

I noticed polling interval time can be passed as param from PhysicalFileProvider constructor all the way to Timer where its actually utilized

Is there any specific reason why DefaultPollingInterval has been set to 4 seconds ?
