What to do if the program crashes or didn't finish its work?

Show your logs using debug. version of HJT
Prepare crash dump:

unpack this archive
place your HiJackThis.exe file in unpacked folder
run file GetDump.bat by Right Click as Admin

Upload Dumps.zip to file share service and provide us a link by creating new topic in 'Issue' section
