Temporarily disable your antivirus software.

Run HiJackThis, press button "Settings"

Note: if you can't find this button, press "List of Backups" button instead

Select tab "Backups", set marks in the boxes next to the items needed to restore, press button "Restore"

Confirm your choice by pressing "Yes"
