Other general improvements

• Sakia is now way faster thanks to big improvment of network view
• Old offline nodes are now cleaned again
• Displayed blockchain time is adjusted using the following formula : timestamp + parameters.median_time_blocks/2 * parameters.avg_gen_time for a time as precise as possible
• Show not validated transaction in orange
