Auto Geolocation - Find Me button

To keep flexibility in the display JS presentational code, let's add a new button for "Find Me" that would load the user's current location in the search field.

We may need to rethink some of the settings in Locator in the CMS with this change, may not need "Auto Geocode" as an option. Or, this option shows/hides the button?

would require new JS to grab the users location and populate the field, separate from presentational JS
