Use Grunt/Gulp to automate transpiling & minification

Currently only the background script and modules are transpiled, combined and minified together. In the future the other components (content script and various angular modules) could also be minified separately, which would require either Grunt or Gulp to automate compilation tasks while modifying the source files.
