Redesign URL passing to redirect page

Currently when Cymon redirects a request, it passes the URL destination to the redirect page by encoding it and placing it in the URL. It would make more sense if the URL were stored internally somehow, however since the content script is refreshed on page load it can't be stored there, and it can't be stored in the background script as this wouldn't store the value for each tab individually.
