Provide information on blocked domains on redirect and popup pages

Because the API doesn't explicitly return information on specific events for each domain, I've instead provided links for each domain directly to their pages on cymon.io. In the future (perhaps after an API update which allows direct fetching of events per domain) this could be replaced with an embedded list of recent events retrieved from Cymon.
