嘿，放心，其实我只隐约记得当时恐怖的氛围，具体感受已经忘得差不多了。好像是阿德勒的个体心理学有种说法，过去是由现在决定的。大意是说如何面对过去的创伤记忆是由现在决定的，是沉浸伤痛，还是走出来，决定权在于自己。
