is there wind-speed data at 100m ?

Hi Wetterdienstler
before I start, do you know if there's data on windspeeds at 50m or 100m ?
I see WIND_SPEED etc. under parameters -- is that surface only ?
(What I wnat to do is show my neighbors that windfarms make more sense where there's more wind;
globalwindatlas.info has a nice gui but their numbers compared to real data in the Netherlands look 10 - 18 % too high).

Dear @denis-bz ,

what you currently see in wetterdienst as wind_speed refers to ground based measurements (2m english hut).

The measurements you refer to are conducted with radiosondes. @meteoDaniel do you know what kind of data is provided at [1]?
Unfortunately there's no real description given...
