Weird select input field when opening the advanced options for the first time #482

When you first open the settings page and advanced options are closed this weird select field shows along the multiple selection field when you open it.

If it's open when you get to the settings screen the bug doesn't happen.

I couldn't reproduce it. Could you upload a screenshot?
