Over the last ~18 months a couple of users reported our SWT based application to hang on Linux when running on Wayland. Those who can switch their session to X11 report, that the hang is fixed then. Is this a known problem for Eclipse or other SWT based applications? How can I reliably detect SWT is using Wayland? Is it possible to just run my application with X11? Thanks in advance.
