Feature/300-model-update-pcf (#306)

* Implemented change requests
- migrated model from BAMM to SAMM
- added missing property "distributionStageAircraftGhgEmissions"
- changed declaration of "productOrSectorSpecificRules" and "geographyRegionOrSubregion" from optional to mandatory

* Modified as aligned with the Catena-X use case team, see https://confluence.catena-x.net/display/CPD/%28Draft%29+PCF+Data+Model+for+Catena-X+Release+24.03 for details

* Replaced UUID characteristic by according shared characteristic; removed redundant traits and constraints

* Fixed spelling after review by Carolin

* Fixed several typos after review by Carolin

* Switched property "packagingGhgEmissions" from mandatory to optional after internal discussion in Catena-X use case team

* Removed year 2022 from header as requested
