arm-none-eabi-gcc is deprecated and fails during set-up. we should use gcc-arm-embedded instead. See the following link for documentation: https://github.com/ARMmbed/homebrew-formulae?tab=readme-ov-file#deprecation-notice

Updates to README based on the issues run into during set-up on Mac. Also elaborated on the flash memory management and provided a link because it was unclear to a new user.
