[maps] remove syncColors support from Map embeddable

Maps geojson layers and blended vector layer use dashboard syncColors$ to sync colors across panels. The visualization team is deprecating sync colors and removing the setting from the settings flyout, #200276. Map embeddable needs to be cleaned up and remove dead sync colors code.
