Document common mitigatable mapping/pipeline issues

We've created a workflow for users that have reached the field_limit, but we have some other common issues that we can address in the docs before we have UI work flows for them.

These issues are documented here.

These issues could be part of the Logs troubleshooting or somewhere else logs specific to start, and then could be updated for a broader audience eventually.
