refresh() action for manual reload of results

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm having a hard time trying to add a "Refresh" button to a view that I created using search-ui. There is no built in action to do it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like an action to be added that would trigger a refetch, even when the cache is active.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternatives, just hacky attemps to apply a filter that would not change the number of results we get back.
