He/Him She/ Her	They/ Them. Aim to be gender neutral unless you're sure of someone's pronouns. For example, when writing use cases use they/them.
Master	Main (repositories), Primary (databases)
MD (Man Day)	FTE Day (Full-time Employee Day)
Slave	Replica or Secondary (databases/hosts)
Whitelist	Allowlist
