[suggestion] add the ability for elfbot symlink and blackhole to recreate symlinks

• I have searched and confirmed no existing open / closed issues, or open / closed PRs exist for this suggestion

🤕 What's not right?

Atm if you have to re-add symlinks elfbot will fail because it's already made them

🤯 Here's my idea!

Add something like --force to the command so it creates them anyway

🤔 On the other hand..

I know you can delete the files from the cache, but that's kind of mess with a lot of files (and filebrowser struggles when there's to many symlinks in a folder)

🤩 But will it fly?

Elfbot symlink here --force or elfbot blackhole sonarr --force
