[suggestion] rcloneUI/rcloneFM replacement

🤕 What's not right?

RcloneUI and rcloneFM are both projects that aren't getting worked on anymore, some features just don't work.

🤯 Here's my idea!

While it wasn't ready when we had a look at it during elf dev, https://github.com/yuudi/rclone-webui-angular has come a long way and I think it would be a good replacement for both of them, with this and a web terminal we can probably also get rid of filebrowser.
