I have searched and confirmed no existing open/closed issues exist for this bug

1️⃣ Description

A fresh nextpvr instance doesn't get remote access (RemoteAPI in the XML) enabled, and has the wrong password

2️⃣ Expected Behaviour

NextPRV would be pre-provisioned as described at https://elfhosted.com/app/nextpvr/

3️⃣ Actual Behaviour

It's unclear what happens, needs testing

4️⃣ Steps to Reproduce

Deploy a fresh instance of NextPVR, confirm it's correctly configured
