[bug report] "manage your subscription" link not working.

• I have searched and confirmed no existing open/closed issues exist for this bug

1️⃣ Description

I get an email every day to renew my Uptime Kuma subscription. At the bottom of the email is the link manage your subscription here

2️⃣ Expected Behaviour

I expected to be able to change settings for what emails I get (like not getting this daily one) by clicking on the link.

3️⃣ Actual Behaviour

The link takes me to a page where I can edit the subscription for demo@mailpoet.com. It does not let me edit the email address
