Recommendations for Different Platforms

There are several different ways to install Unique Bible App. We would like to give you a quick overview on what, in our opinions, is the easiest installation method on each platform:

Windows

use of choco makes UBA installation in Windows straightforward, read:

macOS (version 10.15 or newer with Intel chip)

webtop version is better unless you know very well how to manage python library, packages and dependencies on macOS. In addition, handling python on macOS is not straightforward as in Linux. For webtop version, read:

macOS (Apple chip, e.g. M1)

webtop version is definitely the best option for Apple chip users, read:

Chrome OS

web version can save you time from installing decencies yourself, read:

though direct setup of UBA in ChromeOS Linux container is not difficult:

Linux

A Note on Storage Requirement

Though webtop version is easier to be installed on most OSs, it requires more storage space than other installation methods do.
