Added increment guessing method. Similar to series but might be a bit faster.
Fixed crash when --series (or --increment) specified but necessary flags are missing like -p -d -l -u -s -L etc. Basically
Remove useless --genpwd flag. I'm not sure why I made this flag, but all it did was generate a password and didn't do any guessing.
Numerous tiny insignificant changes to several things.
I think that's it.
