Add new entities for EMS+ thermostat: switchProgramModes

The EMS+ thermostats do have switchTimes A and B for each heating circuit (6 switching times per day and support up to 4 heating circuits. These switchTimes can be defined to switch between levels (eco / comfort) or can have absolute temperatures.

km200 gateway api has own entities hcx.switchProgrammModes.
It would be good to add them to ems-esp:

hc1: type 0x01B9 (raw) - offset 0x13 - enum: 0x01 "levels" / 0x02 "absolute"

hc2: type 0x01BA
hc3 / 4: type 0x01BB / 0x01BC - same offsets and enums (estimated I can't test)
