This was a request on Discord, if we could consider using MQTT Update. https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/update.mqtt/
Basically EMS-ESP would send out special topic when a new version of EMS-ESP is released, and HA would pick it up and provide an option to automatically upgrade. It would mean moving the detection of the versions in GH from the Web code (which uses HTTP fetch commands) to the back-end C++ code using HTTPClient.
