SharkIt Grooveshark downloader

This has started as an experiment on writing code real fast. I studied
Grooveshark and implemented this code in a matter of hours and also
continued to do so when adding features. Hence, this code does not reflect
best practices.

Conclusion so far; getting things done fast in a non-prefectionist manner is
quite satisfying.
