ENS wont update avatar (Invalid Input)

Running ENS app in Brave:

When I try to set the avatar for my ENS name (fhirfly.eth).
Note: it was previously correctly set to , and it is now null/empty. I would like to set it to an NFT.

A red x appears to the right of the input box, and the form will not let me update ENS.

Seems as though I had my NFT snstax incorrect and it was failing the regex. some sort of message to say it is in the wrong format would be nice.
