I added the new calculations for the stem water content for Fagus sylvatica. I am not quite sure how the sensors.yaml works with the raw functions. I needed a minimum and maximum calculation which I simply denoted with "MIN(x)" and "MAX(x)" in the formula. If this is not as intended you may adjust it accordingly.
