Error in UI and console appears, DIAL creates new conversations incorrectly if to switch between models on Talk to #2267

EPAM AI DIAL chat version

0.18.0

What happened?

  1. Click on + New conversation
  2. Switch between models on Talk to, just click on model1 -> click on model2 -> etc
  3. Note that in some time the error appears. Please see the screenshot.

  4. Refresh the browser -> icons disappear for chats on the 'Conversation list' panel

  5. Note that there could be the list of new conversations with incorrect postfix
    image

Note: user has to delete all the conversations ti fix the issue with icons disappearing
