[Code app]: Content can not be added to New files created in code editor

How to reproduce

Steps:

1. open Add code app form
2. Select folder with source files
3. in code editor click Create file button
4. try to rename file ( input text or delete default text)
5. click on text area to input content of file

Actual result

4. by typing new character or removing default text editing mode is closed and file with default name is displayed
5. focus can not be set to text area of newly created file

Expected result

4. user should be able to input filename with extension
5. user should be able to inout file's content

Issue is reproducible on staging 0.21.0 : content can not be added to newly created files

Steps:

1. open Add code app form
2. Select folder with source files
3. in code editor click Create file button
4. save file's name
5. click on text area to input content of file

Actual result: focus can not be set to text area of newly created file, content can not be added.
