Retain atom/bond highlights when exporting to KET format

Background:
The ability to highlight atoms/bonds has been added to the editor (see task #4984).

Solution:
Ensure that when the user saves a structure with highlighted atoms or bonds in the KET format, the highlights are retained and accurately represented in the saved file. Currently, highlights are not preserved when saving to KET format.
