Retain Atom/Bond Highlights During Copy-Paste (Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V) Operations

Background:
The ability to highlight atoms/bonds has been added to the editor (see task #4984).

Solution:
Ensure that when the user copies (Ctrl+C) a structure with highlighted atoms or bonds and pastes (Ctrl+V) it within the editor or to another compatible application, the highlights are preserved and accurately represented. Currently, highlights are not retained during copy-paste operations, which impacts the continuity of user workflows involving highlights.
