Export of monomers to SDF v2000 works wrong

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Micro
2. Load from file: All type of monomers in horisontal chain and large micromolecule in the middle.zip
   
3. Save canvas to SDF v2000
4. Load it back using Add to canvas button (same for Open as New Project)

Actual behavior
System puts on the canvas:

Expected behavior
System let you put on the canvas one instance of this
