Setup

  • Epinio version: 1.9.0

To Reproduce

1- Go to Service's instances page and click on 'Create'.
2- Bind the service to an application.
3- Click Save.

Result
There is an error caused by an exceeded timeout.

This is probably a backend issue. Duplicated of #289
