Release Checklist

Obviously a lot of these manual edits could be automated. This is just a starting point.

• Update version number in
  • setup.py
  • doc/Doxyfile
  • proteus/__init__.py
• Check that .hashstack_commit matches latest commit in stack on stable/proteus
• Check build methods
  • make develop; make test
  • make install; make test
  • cd stack; ../hashdist/bin/hit build examples/proteus_profile.yaml
• Update version in
• Regenerate and check docs, then push gh-pages branch
• Draft a new release at https://github.com/erdc-cm/proteus/releases
