This PR changes webbed configuration to introduce new public buckets created temporarily (while we are working on the snapshot automation and debugging) for Caplin snapshots (Giulio should have write access) and "v2" block snapshots (Mark should have RW access). We would like to fully convert to public buckets as it simplifies the snapshot downloading algorithm. |
