Javascript error with Mixx

I'm getting the following error when I open unbox in Windows 10, trying to set it up with Mixxx.

I thought it was a problem with the latest version (rewrite), so I also downloaded the previous 10.1 version, and I get a different javascript error:

Before you ask, yes, the file "mixxxdb.sqlite" is in the correct folder (c:\users<user>\appdata\local\mix

I also tried in both the latest version of Mixxx and with several previous versions... same errors, every time.

Am I missing something

So it looks like something is already using port 8001, if you restart your computer and open the latest version of unbox do you still get an error? If you do then it seems like we'll need to either stop what's running on port 8001 or use another port for unbox's web server.
