As of 31 August 'Message Content' is now a privileged gateway intent and must be enabled manually in the discord developer dashboard, otherwise, your prefix commands will not work

• Go to https://discord.com/developers/applications
• Select your bot
• Go to the Bot tab
• Enable 'Message Content Intent' under 'Privileged Gateway Intents'
