Postgres driver

Refactored pdf bot to introduce a db configuration that determines what database driver to use. Currently lowdb and pgsql are supported. If not given, db will fall back to the default lowdb driver.

Breaking changes

• lowDbOptions has now moved to the constructor of the lowdb driver.
