@ivmarkov @bjoernQ as per our discussion in the meeting today, I will begin getting SVDs/PACs put together for the RISC-V low-power coprocessors.

I've created a tracking issue in esp-pacs for the time being to track progress: esp-rs/esp-pacs#135

I believe that the current versions of the S2/S3 SVDs are correct, so those should likely be added to esp-pacs relatively soon. I am just starting on the SVD for the C6 now.
