FOS-97: Adds the parent field to subsites overview pages + config sync w/prod.

Reverts much of yesterday's work and uses pre-prod as the baseline

Call out any relevant implementation decisions

• The way preprod was configured was considered the canonical working version, and I'd not made the connection that it was truly accurate due to the variations I'd seen. Fortunately, I'd made a back up of the preprod db before refreshing it and was able to restore and re-evaluate what was required.
• Reverted the main commit from yesterday.
• Exported the modified config from preprod.
• Checked out the previously committed Google Tag and preview link config.
