Auto Add Schema not adding Schemas

Take the following steps:

1. Captures a postgres DB and sets it to automatically add new tables
2. Creates a materialization that's set to automatically default schema names
3. Adds a new table to their postgres DB

We will default the name of the capture as the schema rather than the name of the schema associated with the new table that was automatically pulled in
