With player management cant buy vehicle and sell it

I tryied maybe everything(?) but if I want that who has the job can sell the vehicle, is impossible, for buying keep say that there isn't vehicles and i have to add manually in the db, and if I insert manually it give always the CurrentVehicleData as nil
