Dynamic tags in SEO Title field are not saved when creating a new entry

Description

After updating to craft 4.7, it seems that dynamic tags are not saved in the SEO title field.
In my case this happens with the entry title.
When creating an entry, the SEO title field updates dynamically as I change the entry title, but after saving the SEO title field seems to miss the title tag value.
This did not happen before the update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a SEO field with the following template: {title} | Site name
2. Add the SEO field to a section of type structure
3. Create a new section of that type
4. Type the title, watch as the SEO field title dynamically updates
5. Save, now the SEO title field misses the value from the entry title
