Generating the tx bundle with ethereum-optimism/optimism#13504.
It is more complex to prepare and validate than the sepolia task, since chains are on varying different older versions of the system config.
I am wondering if we can actually
upgradefirst to make all the getters available, and then reinit the contract as we do in the sepolia task.TODO
