Exposure concentration

Missing 'exposure concentration' and 'exposure factors' for the different pathways and routes (also missing the entities inhalation, dermal exposure, ingestion being the three different routes). E.g. the concentration in air and the amount of air that is being inhaled; concentration in soil and amount of ingested soil. NB. There is one exposure factor in the scheme, namely outer exposure surface, which is only relevant for dermal exposure.
Not sure whether we need this level of detail as this might be covered by the different exposure models (e.g. MCRA, PACEM etc). But in that case I miss the 'single pathway exposure model (output)' as entity.

"Exposure surface" should be replaced "External Exposure surface", which includes inner and outer exposure surfaces
