Rails 2.2.2 Compatibility

It appears Interlock is not compatible with Rails 2.2.2. Some aspects of ActionView::TemplateHandler were changed when 2.2.2 was tagged. Later changes to the Rails 2-2-stable branch appear to revert those and return compatibility.
