makes a window for playing 12 sirens at the same time
switch from main branch to master to see the source code
creates a siren from the format "frequency time frequency time..." in a text box
check the checkbox to turn the siren on, uncheck to turn the siren off
saves and loads sirens to and from sirens.txt
