Collapse unrelated lines in changelog viewer

Use Case

Right now the changelog for an event schema always renders the full event. Depending on the event this might lead to a lot of scrolling needed to read through the entire changelog.

Proposed Solution

What if we collapse the change free parts like github does? E.g. https://github.com/event-catalog/eventcatalog/pull/1087/files#diff-912787f2242f6d65fb04fe7b13fc2a8c3bc40d5ef76ae633ab2729f3695627aaR4

Implementation Notes

Im not quite sure if this is possible out of the box with the component we use right now.
